# Billing

> Managing your server's subscription and payment details.

# Billing

Billing is managed per-server from **Admin → Billing**. Only the server owner can access billing settings.

## Managing your subscription

From the billing page you can:

* View your current plan and usage
* Upgrade or downgrade your plan
* Update payment method
* View invoice history
* Cancel your subscription

## Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. extratime never sees or stores your full card details.

## Cancellation

When you cancel:

* Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
* After the period ends, your server reverts to the Free plan
* **No data is deleted** — teams, matches, and tournaments are preserved
* Features above Free limits become read-only (e.g., you can view all teams but can't create new ones past the limit)
