# Moderation | Admin

# Moderation

extratime provides moderation tools to help admins and moderators maintain fair play and a healthy competitive environment.

## Player bans

Banned players cannot:

* Create or join teams
* Queue for scrims
* Register for tournaments
* Submit match results

Their existing team memberships are preserved but they cannot participate in new matches until unbanned.

## Match disputes

When two teams submit conflicting results, the match enters a **disputed** state. Admins and moderators can:

1. Review both submitted results
2. Check match channel logs (if available)
3. Set the correct result
4. Optionally add notes explaining the ruling

## Audit trail

All moderation actions are logged with:

* The admin/mod who took the action
* Timestamp
* Action type
* Affected player or team
* Notes (if any)

This log is accessible from **Admin → Moderation**.
