extratime offers three plans designed to scale with your community.

## What happens when you hit a limit

* **Teams** — new team creation is blocked. Existing teams are unaffected.
* **Tournaments** — you can't create new tournaments until active ones complete or you upgrade.
* **Scrims** — the scrim queue is disabled for the rest of the month.

  Limits are enforced softly — we'll never delete your data or disrupt active competitions. You simply can't create new items past the cap.

## Upgrading

Go to **Admin → Billing** and select your new plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

## Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, existing data is preserved but new creation is restricted.
