Billing
Billing is managed per-server from Admin → Billing. Only the server owner can access billing settings.Managing your subscription
From the billing page you can:- View your current plan and usage
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Update payment method
- View invoice history
- Cancel your subscription
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. extratime never sees or stores your full card details.Cancellation
When you cancel:- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After the period ends, your server reverts to the Free plan
- No data is deleted — teams, matches, and tournaments are preserved
- Features above Free limits become read-only (e.g., you can view all teams but can’t create new ones past the limit)
