Permissions

extratime uses a role-based permission system that ties into your Discord server’s existing role structure.

Role levels

Level	Dashboard access	Capabilities
Owner	Full	Everything, including billing and danger-zone actions
Admin	Full (except billing)	Manage teams, players, tournaments, scrims, bot settings
Moderator	Limited	Record match results, moderate players, manage disputes
Player	Self-service	Create/join teams, queue scrims, enter tournaments, edit own profile

Go to Admin → Settings in the dashboard
Under Admin Roles, select which Discord roles should grant admin access
Any Discord member with one of those roles will have admin access on the dashboard

The server owner always has full access regardless of role configuration.

Moderators have a more limited set of permissions focused on day-to-day match management:

Configure moderator roles the same way as admin roles under Admin → Settings.
