What happens when you hit a limit

Teams — new team creation is blocked. Existing teams are unaffected.
Tournaments — you can’t create new tournaments until active ones complete or you upgrade.
Scrims — the scrim queue is disabled for the rest of the month.

Limits are enforced softly — we’ll never delete your data or disrupt active competitions. You simply can’t create new items past the cap.

Upgrading

Go to Admin → Billing and select your new plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower plan’s limits, existing data is preserved but new creation is restricted.
